How do I secure my date without a firm guest count?

Most weddings are booked 9–12 months in advance, so it's crucial to reserve your date early. We take a deposit based on a higher vehicle estimate and provide a free online sign-up sheet for your guests. Then, 45 days before your event, we confirm your final count—if fewer vehicles are needed, the difference is credited toward your final bill.

What is required to secure my wedding date?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. Because vehicle and driver availability is limited—especially on peak weekends—your reservation prevents us from booking other events for the same time.

Why shouldn't I rely on Uber or Lyft for my wedding?

Rideshare and taxi services are extremely limited—or nonexistent—in many mountain areas. Most venues are located on winding gravel roads that are hard to navigate in the dark, especially for out-of-town guests who may be drinking. Don't let your special day turn into a tragedy—safe, reliable transportation matters.

When is my final payment due?

Final payment is due 7 days before your event. Once made, it is non-refundable due to the proximity of the event and our commitment of resources.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, you forfeit the 50% deposit. If you cancel within 7 days of your event, the full payment is due. We strongly recommend wedding insurance or event interruption coverage through your venue or insurance provider.

Under what circumstances do you issue refunds?

Refunds are issued if we are unable to provide service due to a failure on our part. We will always go above and beyond to cover your event. Refunds may also be considered in cases of natural disasters such as a declared flood or hurricane.

What if I need to postpone or move my wedding date?

If your new date is available, we will make every effort to accommodate the change and transfer your reservation.

Do your prices include gratuity?

No, unlike some companies, gratuities are not mandatory, but they are greatly appreciated. Like in any service industry, it is customary to show appreciation for excellent service. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service whether or not a gratuity is given. If you'd like to tip your driver but don't have cash, our drivers accept Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle.

Can we just be picked up at the end of the night?

We do not offer point-to-point transfers. All bookings on Friday and Saturday nights require a 6-hour minimum. Most venues have limited parking, so it's often best to provide round-trip shuttle service for your guests. Plus, mountain roads can be dark, winding, and unpredictable—safe, reliable transportation is a must.

What if we have guests who want to leave early?

Your shuttle is at your disposal from the first pickup to the final drop-off. We're happy to take early guests back to their accommodations as needed. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we typically pause mid-event shuttles by a set time so the driver can return in time for the scheduled end-of-night departures.

What types of vehicles do you offer?

We offer a range of private vehicles—from sedans and SUVs to 14-passenger vans—suitable for groups from 1 to over 100 guests. For larger groups, we can deploy multiple vehicles simultaneously to ensure seamless transportation.

Do you offer passenger buses?

Most venues in the High Country cannot accommodate full-size buses due to narrow roads, tight turns, and limited parking. That's why we specialize in 14-passenger vans—they're the most flexible option, able to access hard-to-reach venues, pick up guests from multiple lodging locations at once, and shuttle small groups back as they're ready to leave.
