Terms of Service

Welcome to High Country Wedding Transportation (highcountryweddingtransportation.com), operated by Ashe County Livery, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Websites or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Ashe County Livery, LLC provides luxury transportation services in the NC High Country and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:

• Wedding guest shuttles and bridal party transportation
• Wine tour transportation (High Country and Yadkin Valley)
• Airport transfers (Charlotte Douglas International Airport)
• Corporate and special event transportation

All services are subject to vehicle availability, scheduling, and our service policies.

2. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to confirmation by Ashe County Livery, LLC.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled service date.
• Airport transfers require 100% payment at the time of booking.
• A discount may be offered for full prepayment at the time of booking.
• We maintain a 6-hour minimum for wine tour and event transportation services.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the service date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made 14–29 days before the service date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the service date are non-refundable.
• No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to:

• Treat our vehicles, drivers, and other passengers with respect
• Follow all safety instructions from our drivers
• Refrain from smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances in our vehicles
• Be responsible for any damage caused to our vehicles

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any passenger whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Liability & Insurance

Ashe County Livery, LLC is a fully licensed NC For-Hire transportation provider. We maintain:

• Valid NC For-Hire license plates on all commercial vehicles
• $1,500,000 Combined Single Limit (CSL) commercial insurance
• All required state and federal safety certifications

Our liability is limited to the cost of the transportation services provided. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, flight delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Text Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number on our booking or contact forms and checking the consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Ashe County Livery, LLC related to your booking, service updates, and promotional offers.

• Message and data rates may apply
• Message frequency varies
• Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel at any time
• Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Websites — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Ashe County Livery, LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Websites may link to third-party websites (venues, wineries, booking platforms). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ashe County, North Carolina.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
